What are my options when learning a foreign language in high school?
Rance asked:
I live in Texas and want to learn Japanese very badly. However, my school only offers a Spanish course. My solution is to learn Japanese on my own time at home. Is there any way I could use Japanese as my foreign language credit (instead of Spanish) without taking a Japanese class?

P.S. I am willing to work very hard!

Where can I find AP Spanish Literature study material ?
Renic D asked:
I am from Spain and my High school does not offer Ap Spanish Literature , so I have decided to take it on my own. Problem is I have gone on craigslist for tutors asked many Spanish teachers around and gone on the internet to find books. Still I find nothing which I can use to prepare. The only thing I found was the college board course description , does any one know what I should do to get a 5 on the exam , or lead me to good materials for study ?

How difficult is “Spanish” to learn?
Calum M. asked:
I have got course choice coming up at school, and was thinking about taking Spanish. I speak English well – obviously, because it’s my first language – and I have learned German up to Scottish Standard grade credit (roughly GCSE A pass). I want to know if the actual language is easy to folow, rather than course difficulty.
